Identify strengths and imbalances while testing for mobility, stability, strength, and functional movement patterns.
EVALUATION
Dr. Bores and your coach collaborate to create a strategic plan tailored to your specific needs found during the testing week.
TRAIN
Put in the work and execute the plan, keeping consistent communication with your coach.
